What it is
The USC Events App is a centralized platform for organizing and sharing university IT events at the University of South Carolina. I designed, planned, and implemented it as part of my role as an Artificial Intelligence Undergraduate Assistant at USC.
How it's built
The application backend is written in Java and the front end is built with TypeScript. It runs in a serverless environment on AWS Lambda functions, which I architected and deployed, working with AWS personnel to configure, test, and optimize the cloud deployment.
